Minutes of last meeting read and on motion by Eckhoff second by Tjaden
were approved•
There being no objectors to the proposed budget, mo�i.on was made byI�ui.sman
second by Tjaden toad adoptbudget as proposed.
Ayes-Tjaden-Huisman-Stair-Eckhoff. Nayes-None, Absent-Luwe.
Ordinance no 133was offered by Tjaden(SEE COPY )
It was moved by councilman Stair second by Huisman that ordinance no 1�3
be placed upon its first reading.
Ayes-Tjaden-Huisman-Stair-Eckhoff. Nayes-None, Absent-Luwe.
Four menbers of the council being present and having voted AYE, Mayor
Groninga declared said motion carried, and said ordinance no 133 wa.s
placed upon its first reading and was read the first time.
Motion by Starr second by Huisman to allow bills, carried.
