SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 13, 1
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in asspecial
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on
' above date at 4:30 p.m.
Chairman Byork in the chair.
Members Byork, Liewer, Malchow and Rowe answered
the roll call. Member Morris was absent.
Executive Director Wright and Attorney John Cayer
were also present.
It was moved by Mr. Liewer, seconded by Mr.
Malchow, and carried, that Mr. Morris' absence
be excused.

Chairman Byork announced that the purpose of the
meeting was to set a public hearing to establish
a project area amendment for the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency.
Mr. Morris arrived.
It was moved by Mr. Liewer, seconded by Mr. Morris,
and carried, that a public hearing be set for Dee
December 6, 1973, at 4*30 p.m. to receive
testimony relating to the amendment of Project
Area "A" of the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
and to select a project area committee to
function in an advisory capacity to the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency.
It was moved by Mr. Liewer, Seconded by Mr,
Morris, and carried, that the meeting adjourn
to a special adjourned meeting on December 6,
1973, at 4.30 p.m.
