SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As a result of the City’s Request for Proposal for Legal Services, the Council is scheduled to interview the law firms of Naylor & Hales, PC; Parsons, Behle & Latimer; and White Peterson
at the beginning of the August 8, 2019 regular council meeting.
Staff requests Council discussion and direction on which firm to enter into negotiations for a contract. The goal is to have a final contract for Council’s approval at the September
26, 2019 regular session with a start date of October 1, 2019.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Select the law firm of ______________________ for the provision of legal services to the City of McCall and direct the City Manager to prepare a contract for Council review and approval
at the September 26, 2019 regular meeting.
