SUMMARY STATEMENT:
EntryPoint was instrumental in the construction and build of the City of Ammon fiber project from beginning to end. Due to the company’s experience, staff recommends entering into a
one-year term contract with EntryPoint to provide consulting services for the City’s implementation of the fiber utility (RAPID) project. The contract has been reviewed by legal counsel
and found appropriate.
The contract is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the EntryPoint, LLC contract for consulting services for the City of McCall fiber utility (RAPID) fiber project and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
