SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In order to reduce or eliminate the need for manual signatures by City principles for better functionality and workflow for the City, staff recommends a one-year contract with Docusign
to provide secure electronic signature capability for the Mayor, City Manager, Department Heads and City Council. The contract has been reviewed by legal counsel and found appropriate.
The contract is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract for Docusign for secure electronic signature services to be provided to the City of McCall and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
