Proposals for
development of
Project Area A
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in an adjourned
regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road,
on above date at 1:00 p.m.
Chairman Liewer in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Liewer and Rowe answered the
roll call. Member Morris was absent. 0
Also present were Executive Director Wright and General
Counsel John Murphy.
The Chairman announced that the purpose of the meeting
was to receive proposals for development of Project
Area A.
Mr. Morris arrived.
Executive Director Wright informed the Agency members
that proposals have been received from two developers,
and asked that after hearing the two proposals that they
be taken for study and review by staff, consultants,
and Agency members.
Mr. Bob Oliver and Mr. Ed Pratt, representing Lynwood
Development Corporation, were introduced.
Mr. Oliver reviewed the "Proposal to the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Lynwood, California, 5 -29 -75
by Lynwood Redevelopment Corporation" and responded
to questions from the agency members and staff. (For
specific provisions of proposal, see document on file).
Upon conclusion of the presentation and discussion,
it was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Green, and
carried, that the meeting adjourn to 4:30 p.m., May 29,
1975•
