The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 8:30 p.m.
Chairman Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call.

It was moved by Mr. Byork, seconded by Mr. Morris, and carried,
that the meeting be adjourned to the conference room in order
not to conflict with a meeting of the Parks and Recreation
Commission.

Director presented a proposal from Donohue & Co., Inc.
of 58 parcels in the Lynwood Redevelopment Project
total ofA$18,500. It was moved by Mr. Byork,
Morris, that the Agency accept the proposal of
Inc.
Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Mr. Frank Fargo of Wainwright and Ramsay and General Counsel
Murphy apprised the Agency that they will have debt relationship
proposals between the Agency and the City of Lynwood for
consideration at the April 6, 1976 meeting.
The Agency was presented with a tentative calendar of proceedings
for a third amendment of Project Area "A" and for the bond sale.
It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Byork, and carried,
that the meeting adjourn.
