REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 3. 1976
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 11 30 p.m.
Chairman Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
' the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Shepherd and General
Counsel Colgan.
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Byork, and
carried, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
June 15, 1976, the special meeting of July 19, 1976 and
the regular meeting of July 20, 1976 be approved as written.
The Executive Director reported on the fiscal agent agree-
ment with the Bank of American National Trust and Savings
Association. It was moved by Mr Morris, seconded by
Mr. Green, that the Agency concur in the Executive
Director's recommendation.

Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Green, and
carried, that the meeting be adjourned to August 17, 1976.
