The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 7.30 p.m.
Chairman Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call.
Also present was Executive Director Shepherd.
The Chairman announced that the purpose of the special
meeting was to consider an amendment of the Fiscal Agent
Agreement.
The Secretary of the Agency informed the members that
procedure for transfer of funds from the Fiscal Agent
(Bank of America) to the Treasurer of the Agency was
omitted from the Fiscal Agent Agreement, and recommended
approval of the addendum to the Fiscal Agent Agreement
to provide for such procedure. It was moved by
Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Morris, that the Agency
concur in the recommendation and approve the addendum.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Noes. None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Byork, and
carried, that the meeting adjourn
