We hereby propose to furnish all the materials and perform all the labor necessary for the completion of:
GREASE TRAP REPLACEMENT
Remove and dispose of all grease in the existing grease trap.
Saw cut a perimeter around the existing rotter in floor grease trap. Jackhammer out and remove the
concrete decking around the trap. Hand dig and expose the entire grease trap. Sawcut out and remove
the trap from the floor. Install and set in a new Zurn 50 pound grease interceptor. Replumb in the
incoming and outgoing drain lines, adding in a new flow restrictor on the inlet side of the trap.
Plumb in proper venting. Test for leaks and proper flow. Set the new trap lid. Ensure proper seal.
Backfill around the perimeter of the new trap with existing materials. Reconcrete to grade. Clean and
dispose of all materials from the jobsite. This work will require 2 technicians and will take 1 full
day to complete.
PARTS: $4789.98 (trap, restrictor, piping, fittings, sand, concrete, sawblades/bits)
LABOR: $2000.
The work described above will be completed for the sum of:

1. In the event circumstances arise in the course of performance which necessitate a
from the work described above or if customer requests that additional or different work be
performed, an additional charge shall be agreed upon before the different or additional
is undertaken and a new written work description shall be executed.
2. This proposal constitutes our entire agreement and may be withdrawn by us if not accepted
within 90 days. No modifications of this agreement shall be valid unless in writing and
signed by both parties.
