The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, at 10 p.m. on above date.
Chairman Liewer in the chair. Rowe
Members Byork, Green, Liewer, Morris /answered the
roll call _
Executive Director Wright and General Counsel John
Cayer were also present.
It was recommended by Mr Wright that the Agency Agency audit by
authorize the firm of Lance, Sell & Lunghard to Lance, Soll &
perform the Agency financial audit as of June 30, Lunghard 1
1974. It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by
Mr Byork, that the Agency concur in the Executive Y
Director's recommendation.

Ayes Members Byork, Green, Liewer, Morris, Rowe.
Noes None.
Absent None.
It was moved by Mr Morris, seconded by Mr. Byork, Development
and carried, that staff be authorized to proceed proposals to be
to receive development proposals for the redevelop- received
ment project area.
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Byork,
and carried, that the minutes of the regular
meeting of March 19, 1974, be approved as written.
It was moved by Mr. Byork, seconded by Mr. Morris,
and carried, that the meeting adjourn.
