SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Due to upcoming construction of the Taxiway Relocation Project, an existing power line that services FAA navigational aids will need to be moved. This easement will permit Idaho Power
Company an easement and right of way to install and maintain a power on City property.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the easement between Idaho Power Company and the City of McCall for an easement and right of way and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
