REGULAR MEETING APRIL 19, 1977
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on
above date at
Mr. Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe
answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Valliere and
General Counsel Murphy.
Mr. Frank Fargo, of Wainwright and Ramsey, presented
a status report on the redevelopment project and the
various financing alternatives available to the
Agency, and suggested that the third alternative is
the most desirable way to proceed.
Mr. Allen Watts, 1055 North Main Street, Santa Ana,
attorney representing Ericson Development Company,
indicated Mr. Ericson desired to proceed with the
development project and the first step would be for
the Agency staff, Ericson representatives, and
himself to negotiate a development agreement.
Preparation of It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Morris,
disposition & that the Agency direct Counsel for the Agency and
development Agency staff to prepare forthwith for presentation to
agrt. auto. the Agency at its next regular meeting a proposed
disposition and development agreement which would
incorporate the substance of Mr. Fargo's report and
to bring that agreement back for review and approval
on May 3, 1977.

Absent: None.
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Higgins,
and carried, that the meeting adjourn.
