The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at
11 P.M.
Mr. Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Valliere and General
Counsel Murphy.
A status report on the Lynwood Redevelopment Area Project
was provided by the Executive Director and the General
Counsel. In the discussion, the Agency was informed that
Ericson Development Company would deposit $10,000 with
the Agency and would require six months additional time
to seek tenants and financing for the project. It was
the consensus of the Agency that the General Counsel
inform Ericson Development Company that the sum mentioned
is not acceptable, that the Agency would want additional
money and less time extension and that, additionally, the
-Agency will feel free to discuss the project with -other
developers.
It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr
carried, that the meeting adjourn.
