The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a special session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 5 p.m.
Chairman Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Morris, Higgins and Rowe answered the
roll call.
Also present was Executive Director Valliere.
Coldwell The Mayor announced that the meeting had been called to
Banker prop- consider a proposal from Coldwell Banker Company relative
osal to Redevelopment Project Area A.
Mr. Gary Jackson and Mr. Jim Ansite, respresenting
Coldwell Banker, were present. Mr. Jackson addressed the
Agency to explain his company's role in the redevelopment
i.e., seeking a developer and bringing together the
developer and tenants. The cost to the Agency would be
5 per cent commission on land conveyed to the developer.
Coldwell The Executive Director recommended that a letter of intent
Banker auth. be authorized making Coldwell Banker Company the agents
as agents for for the redevelopment project. It was moved by Mr. Higgins,
project seconded by Mr. Morris, that the Agency concur in the
recommendation.

Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Morris,
and carried, that the meeting adjourn.
