REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 1, 1977
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at
Mr. Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Valliere and General
Counsel Murphy.
Agrt. with The Executive Director recommended that the Agency enter
Bank of into an agreement with the Fiscal Agent, Bank of America,
America for destruction of all redeemed coupons and bonds of the
app'd Agency. It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Morris,
that the Agency concur in the recommendation.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe.
Noes. None.
Absent: None.
Res. No. RESOLUTION NO. LRA 77 -6 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
LRA 77 -6 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA,
Demands ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS
DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented. It was moved by Mr. Morris,
seconded by Mr. Green, that the resolution be adopted.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe.
Noes. None.
Absent: None.
Purchase of residences within the project area was discussed
and it was suggested that the chairman issue a news release
relative to what is being done. Joining in the law suit
challenging tax increment financing was also discussed. No
action was taken.
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Byork, and
carried, that the meeting adjourn.
