RESOLUTION NO. 2022-06-01
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DIRECTOR TO REPRESENT THE TOWN OF FRASER ON
THE FRASER RIVER VALLEY HOUSING PARTNERSHIP BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
WHEREAS, The Town Board approved the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) forming
the Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership in Resolution 2022-04-08 to participate in the
establishment of a multijurisdictional housing authority serving the interests of residents of
Winter Park, Fraser, Granby and Grand County;
WHEREAS, the IGA calls for each participating government to appoint a director
representing the jurisdiction to the board of the Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership;
WHEREAS. the Fraser Town Board has published and accepted applications for the
appointed director seat and has reviewed the submitted applications;
WHEREAS, the following individual is appointed to the Fraser River Valley Housing
Partnership.
