The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 8:35 p.m.
Chairman Rowe in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris and Rowe answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Valliere and
General Counsel Murphy.
A report on acquisition of property and relocation of
residences within the project area was presented by
the Executive Director.
RESOLUTION NO. LRA 77 -10 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND
ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented.
It was moved by Mr. Morris., seconded by Mr. Green, that
Resolution No. LRA 77 -10 be adopted.

Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Noes. None.
Absent. None.
A map of the Alameda Redevelopment Project Area was
presented and discussed by the Agency. The Executive
Director also described a recycling process which might
be applicable to the tires now stored on the Desser
property on which he will have further details at a
later date. He also reported on assessed valuations
and land market values in the Alameda Project Area.
It was moved by Mr. Byork, seconded by Mr. Green, and
carried, that the meeting be adjourned.
