SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee is established pursuant to Idaho Code 50-210 to advise and
make recommendations to the McCall City Council on matters pertaining to the operations, management
and programming of the McCall Parks and Recreation Department. The Committee consists of seven voting
members.
Staff advertised for two weeks one full 3-year position on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee.
Two letters of interest were received from Andrew Testa and Lance Hayes. The Committee and staff have
reviewed the letters and would like to recommend that City Council appoint Andrew Testa to the position.
Both letters of interest are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the appointment of Andrew Testa to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee for a term of
3 years expiring in December 2022.
