REGULAR MEETING MAY 2, 1978
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at
9:25 P.m.
Mr. Higgins in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe and Higgins answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Valliere and General
Counsel Murphy. 0
Agency members discussed the agency's position in the
event Jarvis -Gann passes.
Res. IRA 78 -11 RESOLUThONeNO. LRA 78 -11 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
Demands REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA,
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS
DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented. It was moved by Mr. Morris,
seconded by Mr. Byork, that Resolution No. LRA 78 -11 be adopted

Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe and Higgins.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to May 16, 1978.
