REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 5, 1978
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at .9:45 p.m.
Chairman Higgins in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe and Higgins
answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Valliere and
General Counsel Murphy.
RESOLUTION NO. LRA 78 -20 entitled: A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS
AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR.was presented.
It was moved, and seconded that Resolution No.
LRA 78 -20 be adopted.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Morris,' Rowe, Higgins.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
The Agency members discussed the Desser Tire
Company problem.
The contract executed by the City and Desser Tire
& Rubber Company calls for removal of all 'stored
rubber on or before June 30, 1979.
The meeting was adjourned to September 15 1978,
