SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The council has expressed a desire to improve customer service as well as finding and creating efficiencies in the processes performed by staff. Staff and the Citizens of the City of
McCall have also expressed a desire for the option of paying for City services by credit card both online and at the point of sale. Xpress Bill Pay’s payment processing platform within
the Caselle environment will seamlessly integrate payment transactions from Caselle Connect Cash Receipting into Caselle Connect General Ledger and Caselle Connect Sub-ledgers such
as Utility Management.
