Regular Meeting October 17, 1978
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in .the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 10:07 p.m.
Chairman Higgins in the chair
' Members Green, Morris, Rowe and Higgins answered the
roll call. Member Byork was absent.
-- Executive Director Valliere and General Counsel Murphy
were also present.
The Executive Director reported that a Ford-dealer-
ship has expressed interest in relocating in Lynwood.
Agency members discussed possible locations suitable
for the dealership. The Executive Director recommended
the formation of a.new project area to 'attract other
car dealers for a mini -auto mall -type development.
It was moved by Mr. Green, seconded by Mr. Morris,
that the Agency authorize appraisal of a 10 -acre
parcel of property suitable for the dealership at
an appraisal fee not to, exceed $2,000.

Noes: Rowe
Absent'- Member Byork.
