Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Rowe and Morris answered the roll call. 0 Also present were Executive Director Davis and General Counsel Murphy. Roll Call: Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Rowe, Morris. Noes: None. Absent: None. The Executive Director reported that appraisal of the Desser property by Donohue and Company will cost $1 It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Green, that the appraisal be authorized. Roll Call: Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Rowe, Morris. Noes: None. Res. No. LRA RESOLUTION NO. LRA 80 -4 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF 80 -4 Demands THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented. It was moved by Mr. Higgins, seconded by Mr. Green, that Resolution No. LRA 80 -4 be approved. Roll Call: Ayes: Members Byork, Green, Higgins, Rowe, Morris. Noes: None. Absent: None. Res. No. LRA RESOLUTION NO. LRA 80 -5 entitled: "A RESOLUTION 80 -5 re AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $20,000,000 PRINCIPAL LRA Mortage AMOUNT OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MORTGAGE Revenue Bonds REVENUE BONDS ISSUE OF 1980." was presented by the Executive Director. The General Counsel stated that legislation is going to be acted upon on March 19, 1980 which would broaden availability of SB99 bonds for new residential and commercial construc- tion within redevelopment areas. Mr. Rowe stated that it whould be made clear that the resolution does not authorize the selling of bonds. It was moved by Mr. Green, seconded by Mr. Higgins, that Resolution No. LRA 80 -5 be adopted.
