REGULAR MEETING MAY 20 1980
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date, at 8:55 p.m.
Chairman Green in the chair.
Members: Byork, Morris, Rowe, Thompson and Green
answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Davis and
General Counsel Murphy. 0
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Byork,
and carried, that the minutes of the regular meetings
of April 15, 1980, and May 6, 1980, be approved as
written.
The Executive Director presented the following:
RES. LRA 80 -9 RESOLUTION No. LRA 80 -9 entitled: "A RESOLUTION
Demands OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING
WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR."
RES. LRA 80 -10 RESOLUTION No. LRA 80 -10 entitled: "A RESOLUTION
Demands OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING
WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR."
RES. LRA 80 -11 RESOLUTION No. LRA 80 -11 entitled: "A RESOLUTION
Demands OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER WARRANTS DRAWN
THEREFOR."
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Rowe,
that the foregoing resolutions be adopted. J

Ayes. Messrs.: Byork, Morris, Rowe, Thompson, Green.
Noes. None.
Absent: None.
Hahn Devcorp The Executive Director reported that Hahn Devcorp
90 -day ext. has requested an extension of ninety (90) days to
submit the letter of intent. It was moved by Mr.
Rowe, seconded by Mr. Thompson, and carried, that
the extension be approved.
The meeting was adjourned.
