Jones Clerk- Treasurer GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2001 8:30 A.M. CITY HALL The Greencastle Common Council met in Special Session Thursday, October 18, 2001, 8:30 a.m. at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order. On the Roll Call, the following were found to be present: Councilor Hammer, Councilor Liechty and Councilor Rokicki. Councilor Roach and Councilor Crampton were absent. Ordinance 2001 -12, An Amended and Restated Ordinance Concerning the Construction of Certain Additions, Extensions, and Improvements to the Waterworks of the City of Greencastle and Advance Refunding by the City of Greencastle of its Waterworks Revenue Bonds of 1995; Authorizing the Issuance of Waterworks Revenue Bonds for Such Purpose; Providing for the Collections, Segregation and Distribution of the Revenues of the Waterworks and the Safeguarding of the Interests of the Owners of Said Bonds, Other Matters Connected Therewith, Including the Issuance of Notes in Anticipation of Bonds, and Repealing Ordinances Inconsistent Herewith, second reading. Motion to accept Ordinance 2001 -12 was made by Councilor ® Liechty, seconded by Councilor Hammer. Vote was unanimous. Ordinance 2001 -13, An Amended and Restated Ordinance of the City of Greencastle Authorizing the Advance Refunding by the City of its Sewage Works Revenue Bonds of 1994; Authorizing the Issuance of Sewage Works Revenue Bonds for the Purpose of Providing Funds to Pay the Costs of Certain Additions, Extensions and Improvements to the Municipal Sewage Works of Said City; Providing for the Safeguarding of the interests of the Owners of said Bonds, Other Matters Connected Therewith, Including the Issuance of Notes in Anticipation of Bonds, and Repealing Ordinances Inconsistent Herewith, second reading. Motion to approve Ordinance 2001 -13 was made by Liechty, seconded by Councilor Hammer. Vote was unanimous. Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Hammer, seconded by Councilor Rokicki.
