REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 16, 1982

The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on above date at 10:30
p.m.
Chairman Byork in the chair.
Members Green, Morris, Rowe, Thompson, and Byork answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gomez and General
Counsel Mc Ewen.
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Thompson, and
carried that the minutes of regular meeting of March 2,
1982, be approved as written.
RESOLUTION NO. LRA 82 -10 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS
DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented.
It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by.Mr. Green, that
the resolution be adopted.

Ayes: Members Green, Morris, Rowe, Thompson, Byork
Noes: None
Absent: None
It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded and carried, that
the meeting be adjourned to the regular meeting of April 6,
1982.
