REGULAR MEETING JUNE 15, 1982
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood
met in a regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis
Road, on above date at 10:05 p.m.
Chairman Thompson in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe Thompson answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gomez and General
Counsel McEwen.
The members were notified that Sure Grip International
wants to move back into the City and requires payment
for their property so they can negotiate with Economic
Resources Corporation. It was moved by Councilman Green,
seconded by Councilman Morris, to directc.staff to negotiate
for purchase of the Sure Grip International property,
11221 Peach Street.

RESOLUTION NO. LRA 82 -19 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE RES LRA
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA 82 -19
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS Demands
DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented. It was moved by Council- 6 -15 -82
man Byork, seconded by Councilman Morris to adopt the
resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. LRA 82 -20 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY "TO ENTER'INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH ALMOND CREEK BUILDING COMPANY FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF MERGING AND /OR AMENDING
EXISTING PROJECT AREAS." was presented. It was moved by
Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman Green, to adopt
the resolution.

It was moved by Mr. Green, seconded by Mr. Thompson, and
carried, to adjourn to the next regular meeting on July 6,
