(a) Rules and regulations.
(9) Surfboarding and fishing. Surfboarding and fishing shall be permitted only in
designated areas. No person shall operate a surfboard/paddle board unless it is equipped with an
appropriate leash which is used at all times. No person shall fish except in areas designated for
such purposes. Fishing is prohibited within the 60-foot right-of-way on Alley #3 Back River boat
ramp.
