REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 21, 1982
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at
8:45 p.m.
Chairman Thompson in the chair.
Members Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe, Thompson answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gomez and General
Counsel McEwen.
It was moved by Mr. Rowe, seconded by Mr. Green, and
carried, that the minutes of December 7, 1982, be approved
as written.
LRA No. 82 -41 RESOLUTION NO. LRA 82 -41 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
Demands REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA,
12 -21 -82 ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS
DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented. It was moved by Mr. Morris,
seconded by Mr. Green, that the resolution be adopted.

It was moved by Mr. Green, seconded by Mr. Rowe, to
accept and file the annual report of the Lynwood Redevelop-
ment Agency.
