RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK LICENSE(S) FOR THE 2013-
2014 TERM TO CARTERET MOBILE PARK AND TOWER TRAILER PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park and Tower Trailer Park have made application to
renew their Trailer Park License for the 2013.2014 License Term and have paid the proper fees
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations now or
hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue and Tower Trailer Park,
located at 26 Dalbert Street, has been Inspected and approved for renewal by the duly
authorized representatives of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of th e
Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2013 -2014 License Term to
CARTERET MOBILE PARK and TOWER TRAILER PARK, effective June 2013 and to expire June 30,
2014.
Adopted this 17 day of October, 2013 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
October 18'' 2013.
