CHAPTER 222, ENTITLED "STREETS AND SIDEWALKS".
BE IT ORDAINED that Chapter 222 of the Code of the Borough of
Carteret is amended as follows:
Section 222-z (B) shall read:
The applicant shall be charged a fee of twenty-five dollars
($25.00).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage and publication as provided by law.
