HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
April 14, 1998
Town Barn
The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on April 14, 1998 in the Town Barn
for the purpose of discussing a Personnel Issue. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor
Horace H. Johnson, Sr., Commissioners Richard Simpson, Catherine Martin, Frances Dancy, and
Evelyn Lloyd. Absent from the Closed Session was Commissioner Kenneth Chavious. Staff
Present were Town Manager Eric Peterson, Police Chief Nathaniel Eubanks, and Town Clerk
Donna Armbrister. Others present were Town Attorney Michael Brough.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Closed Session for the Purpose of Discussing a Personnel Issue
Upon a motion by Commissioner Dancy, seconded by Commissioner Simpson, the Board
moved to go into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing a Personnel Issue by a vote of 4-0.
The motion was declared passed.
The Board discussed a personnel issue with the Town Attorney.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner Simpson, the Board
moved to'{l'~ by a vote of 4-0. The motion was declared passed.
