The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in an adjourned session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 5:3o p.m.
Cha irman Norris in the chair.
Members Byork, Henning, Rowe, Thompson and Norris answered
the roll call.
Also present was Executive Director Gomez.
SCHEDULED MATTFRS
Return of' Mr. Gomez discussed the return of a $5,000 deposit to Lewis
deposit to Homes per Section 102 of the Negotiation Agreement between
Lewis Homes Lewis Homes and the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency. He ex-
plained that per this agreement, the developer must submit
to the Agency findings and determinations regarding the
proposed development in order to get the deposit back.
It was moved by Mr. Henning, seconded by Mr. Thompson,that
- the Redevelopment Agency will refund the $5,000 deposit
upon receipt of the market analysis and associated studies
by March 23, 1984.

Schedule of A copy of the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency meetings scheduled
meetings for the r of February and all of March, 1984, was
presented. Mr. Goetz indicated the developer that was to be
here was sick and requested to met at 5:OO,p,m. on March 5,
1984. Also, Hopkins Development wants to meet February 29
rather than February 27, 1984.
Adjourned to It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mr. Rowe, and
meeting carried, that the meting be adjourned to February 29, 1984,
2_29 -84 in the Council Cumbers, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California.
