The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular
`session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above
date at 7:20 p.m.
Chairman Morris in the chair.
Members Byork, Henning, Rowe, Thompson and Morris
answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gomez and
General Counsel McEwen.

Mark Briggs stated the three (3) property owners
wished to meet with the members of the Agency to
discuss the site of Atlantic Avenue and Imperial
Highway site exclusive right to negotiate UDAG
assistance and contracts for appraisals and relocation plan.
After the Agency Members discussion.
It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mr. Byork, Agency vote to

Briggs; 3. Authorize staff to obtain appraisals on various items

RESOLUTION NO. LRA 84 -9 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DaQVDS
AND ORDERING WARRANTS THEREFOR." presented.
It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mr. Byork,
to approve LRA WARRANT RUN dated with the exception
of Warrant Numbers 1082 and 1084 for a separate vote.

It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mr. Byork,
to approve LRA Warrants 1082 and 1084.

and carried, that the meeting be adjourned to April 3, 1984, meeting
in the Council Chambers,11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, 4 -03 -84

Chairman Morris requested the Redevelopment Agency
reconvene at 9:50 p.m.
Property on It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mr. Henning,
Mulford to take the property on Mulford and rent this property
for $600 a month.
