REGULAR MEETING APRIL 17, 1

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met
in a regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis
Road, on above date at 9:46 p.m.
Chairman Morris in the chair.
Members Byork, Henning, Rowe, Thompson, Morris
answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gomez and
General Counsel Yeager.
RESOLUTION LRA NO. 84- 10Aentitled: "A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING.AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND
ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented.

It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mr. Byork,
to approve Warrant No. 1083.

It was moved by Mr. Byork, seconded by Mr. Thompson,
that the Resolution and the Cooperation Agreement be
approved and adopted.

Staff explained a Status Report On The Availability Of
Space In LRA Property At .11.221 Peach Street For Use By
The Lynwood Unified School District.

After the Agency discussion.
It was moved by Mr. Henning, seconded by Mr. Byork, to Approval of
direct staff to draw up a lease and authorize the leases LRA
chairman to sign leases on a month to month basis at Property to
$1.00 per month. LUSD
