RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, IN THE COUNTY
OF MIDDLESEX AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REDEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, under the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-
I et seq, the Borough of Carteret (the `Borough ") conditionally designated 50 Bryla LLC
(`BryW') as the redeveloper of the property known as Block 2705, Lot 4 (formerly Block 49.2,
Lot 2) on the Borough's tax maps (the "Project Site "); and
WHEREAS, the Borough now desires to authorize the execution of a redevelopment agreement
with Bryla for the redevelopment of the Project Site, in a form to be approved by the Borough's
Director of Law and Special Redevelopment Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex and the State of New Jersey, as follows:
Section 1. The aforementioned recitals are incorporated herein as though fully set forth at
length.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a redevelopment agreement with Bryla for the
redevelopment of the Project Site, in a form to be approved by the Borough's Director of Law
and Special Redevelopment Counsel, and any competent party is authorized to attest same.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
