REGULAR MEETING APRIL 15, 1986
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above date
at 7.57 p.m.
Chairman Henning in the chair.
Members Byork,'Morris, Thompson, Wells and Henning answered
the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gomez, General Counsel
Yeager, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Wright.
It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mrs. Wells, and
carried, to approve the minutes 'of the regular meeting of
March 4, 1985 and March 18, 1986 as written.

Demands 4 -15 -86 RESOLUTION NO. 86 -11 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ALLOWING AND APPROVING'THE
DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented.
It was moved by Mr. Byork, seconded by Mr. Morris -, that
the resolution be adopted.

RES No. LRA 86 -12 RESOLUTION NO. LRA 86 -12 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
Phillips on LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
Real Property EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH HARRY E. PHILLIPS, ET AL,
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY." was
presented.
It was moved by Mr. Byork, seconded by Mr. Morris, that
the resolution be adopted.

Brokers help Executive Director Gomez stated that Community Development
find properties Director Mas needed permission from the Agency to have Real
Estate Brokers help people find properties to buy or lease
due to numerous inquires from staff. After discussion, it
was decided that this item be brought back at a £uturedate.
There was no further business, and it was moved by Mr. Bvork,
seconded by Mr. Morris, and carried, to adjourn to April 24,
1986.
