The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a special session,
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at
5 00 P.M.
Chairman Henning in the chair.
Members Byork, Morris, Wells, Henning answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gomez, General Counsel
Yeager, and Secretary Hooper.
Treasurer was absent.
The Agency recessed to closed session at 5:11 p.m.
The Agency reconvened at S:35 p.m.
General Counsel Yeager stated the Agency met in closed session
to discuss the acquisition of H � H Properties. No action was
taken.
It was moved by Mr. Byork, seconded by Mr. Morris to extend
Escrow closing date, (Hopkins), to January 15, 1987.

NOES' NONE
ABSENT NONE
There was no further business and :it was moved by Mr,. Byork,
seconded by Mrs. Wells and carried, to adjourn to October 7,
1986.
