Mayor Jason Buelterman called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00pm. Those present were Paul Wolff, Kathryn Williams, Frank Schuman, Mayor pro tem Shirley Sessions,
Wanda Doyle, and Bill Garbett.
Mayor Buelterman opened the Public Hearing for the Millage Rate. Being there was no one wishing to speak; Mayor Buelterman closed the Public Hearing.
Meeting adjourned.
