The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above date.
Chairman Henning in the chair.
Members Heine, Rea, richards, wells, Henning, answered the roll call.
' Also present were Executive Director Heriot, General Counsel Barbosa,
Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Wright.
Secretary Hooper announced the agenda had been duly posted in accordance
with The Brown Act.

Charles Matthews, representative of owner of property located at C.Matthews
10350 Long Beach Boulevard, and the applicant Nick Koulax. Stated his
client and the applicant are hopeful that the project will be approved
by the Agency.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION:
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 91 -36 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF Res. 91
THE-CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND 36
WARRANTS THEREFOR." was presented.
It was moved by Mr. Rea, seconded by Mrs. Wells to adopt the resolution. M /Rea Motion

REGULAR ITEMS:
It was moved by Mrs. Wells, seconded by Mr. Richards to approved staff M /Wells motion
recommendations requesting Agency direction relative to the alternate single family
site for the development of single- family units proposed at the northwest units
corner of Atlantic Avenue and Josephine Street. Alternative site chosen

Chairman Henning questioned this project being a senior citizen housing j4ygRn�yVizen

Mrs. Wells requested staff come back after negotiating prices. M /Wells
