NOVEMBER 3, 1992 / 11 The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 7:45 p.m. Chairman Heine in the chair. Members Byrd, Rea, Richards, Wells and Heine answered the roll call. Also present were Executive Director Adams, General Counsel Barnes, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt. Secretary Hooper announce the agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The Brown Act. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION It was moved by Councilmember Wells, seconded by Councilmember Rea to approve the minutes of the following meetings: a) October 20, 1992 It was then moved by Councilmember Rea, secondediby Councilmember Byrd to approve: RESOLUTION NO. 92 -26 ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENTRES92 -26 AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA , ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS THEREFOR." ROLL CALL AYES: BYRD, REA, RICHARDS, WELLS, HEINE NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE It was moved by Councilmember Byrd, seconded by Councilmember Rea to approve: RESOLUTION NO 92 -27 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOODRES92 -27 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING THE ANNUAL REVENUE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992 -93 ROLL CALL AYES: BYRD, REA, RICHARDS, WELLS, HEINE NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE INFORMATIONAL ITEMS It was moved by Councilmember Richards, seconded by Councilmember Rea to receive and file the Central Plaza Status Report. CLOSED SESSION Chairman Heine stated closed session items would be discussed Heine with City Council. It was moved by Councilmember Rea, seconded by Councilmember Byrd and carried to adjourn at 7:50. Agency reconvened at 10:20. Agency Counsel stated the Redevelopment Agency had met in closed session to discuss the Lynwood Plaza Status and stated there was no action necessary at this time.
