FIRST EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT FOR
CITY ATTORNEY / CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES
THIS FIRST EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT FOR CITY ATTORNEY / CIVIL LEGAL
SERVICES ("2020-2 1 EXTENSION") is made by and between the CITY OF MCCALL, a
municipal corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the state of Idaho, and
WHITE PETERSON GIGRAY & NICHOLS, P.A., an Idaho professional association.
Whereas, the City and White Peterson entered into an original Agreement for City
Attorney/ Civil Legal Services for the term of October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020.
Whereas, at this time, the City and White Peterson mutually desire to renew and extend
such Agreement, pursuant to Section 7, on the same terms and conditions for another City fiscal
year.
Therefore, this written First Extension Agreement is hereby entered effective October 1,
2020 and modifies the Agreement, Section 5, by extension of the term for October 1, 2020 through
September 30, 2021.
No other provisions of the Agreement, other than Section 5 - Term, are amended at this
time.
