LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, NOVEMBER 16, 1993

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular
Session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at
7:42 p.m.
Chairman Richards in the chair.
Members Byrd, Heine, Wells and Richards answered the roll call.
Member Rea was absent.
Also present were City Manager Gonzales, Interim Counsel Rudell,
Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced the agenda had been duly posted in
accordance with The Brown Act.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
It was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by Member Wells and carried
to approve the following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, November 2, 1993.
adopt the following:
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 93 -37 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE RES93 -3
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING
AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS THEREFORE ".
It was then moved by Member Heine, seconded by Member Byrd to

ABSENT: MEMBER REA
It was then moved by Member Wells, seconded by Member Byrd to:
RECEIVE AND FILE - PROPERTY TAX SHIFT ALLOCATION FOR F.Y. 1993-
94.

It was then moved by Member Heine, seconded by Member Wells, to
adopt the following:
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 93 -38 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD RES93 -1
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO APPROVE THE RENTAL OF A VACANT LOT
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BEECHWOOD AVENUE AND LONG
BEACH BOULEVARD FOR THE SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES FROM DECEMBER 1,
1993, THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1993.
