The property described by Hennepin County Property Identification Numbers in Exhibit A and shown on the map in Exhibit B attached hereto are hereby rezoned to Uptown Hamel planned unit development zoning district and the Medina zoning administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause the city's zoning map to be changed to reflect the new zoning. Section II. This ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption and publication.
