The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular
Session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at
7:39 p.m.
Vice Chairman Heine presiding.
Members Henning, Rea, Richards and Heine answered the roll call.
Member Byrd was absent.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, Agency Counsel
Rudell, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in Andrea
accordance with The Brown Act.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea and Henning
carried to approve the following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, April 18, 1995
It was then moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Richards Henning
to approve:
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 95 =13 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THERES 95-13 -
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ALLOWING ANDWARRANTS
APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFORE ".

REGULAR ITEMS
Vice Chairman Heine introduced the next item on the Agenda, Heine
Proposed Chief Auto Parts Store at 3200 Imperial Highway.
Director of Community Development Chicots stated the applicant isChicots
requesting consideration from the Agency to approve a concept for Chief's
a Chief's Auto Parts Store at the former Security Pacific Bank Auto
site on Imperial Highway and would also like to retain the use of Parts
the pole sign. Staff is requesting consideration from the Agency
to approve the concept and direct staff accordingly.
It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea to approve Henning
the concept and direct staff relative to the freestanding (pole)
sign as proposed by the applicant.
Member Richards questioned rendering of the proposed sign. Richards,

Vice - Chairman Heine introduced the next item, Requesting Heine
Authorization to Execute an Agreement with the Lynwood Home
Redevelopment Agency and the City of Lynwood under the Home Program
Program Guidelines.
It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea to adopt: Henning
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 95 -14 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD RES 95 -141
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING TWO HOME CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT:
ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT BETWEEN
AGENCY AND THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, PURSUANT TO TITLE 24, CFR, PART REDEVELOP'
MENT AND
92, TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN HOUSING RELATED ACTIVITIES PURSUANT TO CITY
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND TO COMMIT THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD 1993 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ALLOCATION AND 1994
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ALLOCATION ".
