AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE FY12 ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2011, APPROPRIATING THE
SUM OF $14,738,985 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITES OF THE CITY
OF McCALL FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT
TAX.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF McCALL,VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO:
SECTION 1. TITLE: This Ordinance shall be entitled and cited as the "FY12 Annual
Appropriation Ordinance of the City of McCall."
SECTION 2. FINDINGS: The City Council finds:
A. As required by law, the city has duly noticed and held a public hearing on the
11th day of August, 2011 for a proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2011-2012
(FY12) for the City of McCall, Idaho; and
B. That the sum of$14, 738,985 be, and the same is, appropriated to defray the
necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall, Valley County, State
of Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011.
C. That the appropriations and sums of money as are hereinafter set forth in
Section 3 are deemed necessary to defray all the necessary expenses and
liabilities of the City of McCall for FY12.
SECTION 3. ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION OF
EXPENDITURE: The City Council hereby adopts the budget and the
appropriation of expenditures for the City of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal year
beginning October 1, 2011, and ending September 30, 2012 the objects for which
such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object and purpose is as
follows:

SECTION 4. TAX LEVY: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of
McCall be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the
fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011.
SECTION 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk is directed to forthwith publish this Ordinance and file a certified
copy of the same with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Idaho as provided in I.C.
§50-1003 and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and
publication in one issue of The Star-News, a newspaper for general circulation of the City of
McCall, and the official newspaper of said City.

Passes under suspension of rules upon which a roll call vote was taken and duly enacted an
Ordinance of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho at a convened meeting of the City of
McCall City Council held on the 25th day of August, 2011.

I, the undersigned, the duly appointed, qualified, City Clerk of the City of McCall, Idaho, do
hereby certify the following:
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-207, Idaho Code, I keep a correct
journal of the proceedings of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, and that I am
statutory custodian of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of said City.
2. That the attached Ordinance No. 890 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed
at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on August 25, 2011
and duly recorded in my office; and
3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance
with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting and
that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council voted in the proper
manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all other requirements and
proceedings incident to the proper adoption and passage of said ordinance have been
duly fulfilled, carried out and observed; and that I am authorized to execute this
certificate.
