LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY JANUARY 26 1999
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Session in the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 8:50 a.m.
Present were Member Byrd, Richards and Chairman Sanchez.
Member Rea and Reyes were absent.

Also present were Interim City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, City Clerk
Hooper, CitN Treasurer Pygatt and Department Heads.
CitN Clerk Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.
It was moved by Chairman Sanchez, seconded by Member Byrd and carried to recess at
( ? for a workshop tour of Redevelopment Sites at 1) 405 -
Wamer /BulIwinkles, 2) Spectrum Project Presentation and 3) Tour of Spectrum.
Agency reconvened at 3 p.m.
It was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by Member Richards and carried to adjourn at
3 p.m.
