CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
TOWN BOARD
May 11, 1998
Town Barn
The Hillsborough Town Board met in Closed Session on May 11,1998 in the Town Barn
for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter and to consult with the Town Attorney. Present
for the Closed Session were Mayor Horace H. Johnson, Sr., Commissioners Richard Simpson,
Catherine Martin, Frances Dancy, Kenneth Chavious and Evelyn Lloyd. Staff Present were
Town Manager Eric Peterson and Town Clerk Donna Armbrister. Others present were Town
Attorney Nick Herman.
Mayor Johnson called the Closed Session to order at 9:50 PM.
No Board action was taken.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Simpson, seconded by Commissioner Dancy, the Board
moved to return to Open Session by a vote of 5-0. The motion was declared passed.
