REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 21, 1982
The Lynwood Industrial Development Authority (LIDA) met
in a regular session on December 21, 1982, in the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 8:50 p.m.
Director Thompson in the chair.
Directors Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe and Thompson
answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney
McEwen.
It was moved by Director Byork, seconded by Director
Green, and carried, that the minutes of September 21,
1982, be approved as written.
Treasurer Chapek gave a Treasurer's report for informa-
tion only.
Community Development Director Read reported on a letter
from Pat Hobert, Caltrans Engineer for the intersection
of the Long Beach and Century Freeway, indicating that
Caltrans does not intend to purchase the property at
5445 East Century Boulevard. Staff advised Matthews
Redwood, Inc., with this information.
It was moved by Director Byork; seconded by Director
Green, and carried, that the meeting be adjourned to
the next regularly scheduled meeting.
